• Is Virtual Drag Bingo suitable for everyone? Yes. Charlie's events are designed for diverse workplace audiences and focus on bringing people together through laughter, music and friendly competition. No specialist knowledge is required; everyone can join in, and the humour is inclusive and appropriate for professional corporate events.

• How many people can play? We regularly host events for up to 500 players.

• Can international teams join? We regularly host events for teams spread across Europe, the UK and North America.

• Do participants need bingo cards? - Yes. We'll provide professionally designed digital bingo cards before the event, along with everything your team needs to take part. There's nothing complicated to organise—we'll guide you through the whole process.

• Do we need Zoom? Yes. After hosting more than 2,500 corporate events, we've found Zoom consistently provides the best experience for interactive entertainment. Guests can join via the Zoom app or directly in their web browser—whichever is most convenient. ‍

• ‍How long does a Virtual Drag Bingo event last? Just under one hour. That's enough time to get everyone laughing, playing and connecting, while still fitting neatly into the working day. We pride ourselves on starting on time, finishing on time and leaving your team smiling.

• What do we need to organise? Very little. We'll provide the invitations, bingo cards and everything needed for the event. All you need to do is invite your colleagues and enjoy the show.

• Do we need prizes? We recommend providing three prizes to suit your budget, although they're entirely optional. Many teams choose to play simply for office bragging rights—the competitive spirit is always there!

• Can you customise the event for our company? Yes. Every event includes a personalised video invitation recorded by Charlie, plus a custom digital invitation that you can share with your team. It's a simple way to build excitement before the event and maximise attendance. Because every show is hosted live, Charlie responds naturally to your audience throughout the event, making every show unique.

• How does payment work? Booking is simple. Once your date is confirmed, we'll send you an invoice by email. Most of our clients pay securely by credit card, although BACS bank transfer is also available.

• What if some of my team have never played bingo before? No problem! The rules are simple, and Charlie explains everything at the start. Within minutes, everyone is playing confidently and joining in the fun.
